Love them
I really love the hulless popcorn varies offered by Amish Popcorn, saves my gums from getting stabbed by sharp hulls. I like the medium white but other colors like this one are fun too

Have been ordering through Amazon on most past orders. Bought the Midnight Blue early 2024 and for some reason this just does not pop well. This bag (6#) leaves a lot (~25%) of kernels only starting to split open. kernels that do pop fully are good but for the Amish Country brand very disappointing. Date on bag indicates should be good into 2026
Best and tastiest popcorn.
My suggestion to how to pop this with an Air popper is to let it run empty for a few minutes before adding the popcorn.THAT WAY MOST KERNELS POP.
Good stuff! R
Rather disappointed. The kernels half pop leaving hard masses behind. Also is not as hulless as promised. The flavor is unremarkable. I regret having bough 6 lb rather than a small bag.
Delicious popcorn
I've now tried several varieties of Amish Country popcorn and this Midnight Blue is a fun choice that my kids like. It seems to have a slight bluish tint when it is popped up and compared to the other Amish Country varieties. It has a nice taste and isn't too chewy but my personal preference is the Baby White, which I think offers a wonderful taste AND a pleasant, soft texture that is less chewy than this Midnight variety. Oh, I also don't think the higher price tag for this Midnight variety is justified in comparison to the Baby White.
