Mushroom Popcorn

We are huge popcorn fans and this is the best kind we've ever found! It's like a meal.

This is my first purchase of mushroom popcorn. I was expecting that most of these kernels would pop in mushroom popcorn. Boy was I wrong. I would say one in every 5 (at most) kernels are mushroom, the rest don't look any different that the Orville Redenbacher popcorn kernels I bought at the grocery store. I was hoping for something better. I'm not sure if this is normal, but it's definitely disappointing. The popcorn tastes ok.

The volunteer fire department that my husband works with had a 4th of July fundraiser with kettle corn and popcorn. We ordered the 25lb of mushroom popcorn and WOW. First ordering is easy and shipping was right on time. The best part is the popcorn. I am sitting here watching it pop at the fundraiser and it is beautiful. Big, fluffy, and amazingly tender. There is very little waste. This is the official new popcorn of the Lillian Volunteer Fire Department.

I bought a variety pack. This indeed does pop into large ball or mushroom shaped pieces but it’s a bit stale I. Texture and the hulls are huge get stuck in my teeth.

I am 65 years and have loved popcorn all of my life. My wife and I have it almost every night. This is by far the best popcorn I have ever eaten. I wish I had found this site years ago.

This popcorn is delicious! Nearly every kernel popped! Barely any hulls and a wonderful taste! Pops very large and fluffy! I will be buying more!

My wife and I just started an online gourmet popcorn business. As we had been experimenting with recipes while test marketing, Amish County was the main popcorn we were using. The size and quality seemed to be everything that we were looking for. We were buying to smaller bags (2 lbs) wherever we could find them (Amazon, local stores, etc.), as we were testing. We needed an inexpensive solution that wouldn’t cut into our margin too deeply. So, we decided to buy in bulk, direct from Amish Country, So far, the results have been outstanding and we have not been disappointed. The 25 lb. bag is a vrery economical bargain. Very pleased with the mushroom popcorn! We purchased a 10-Bag Variety pack to sample all of the styles. We really liked the Mushroom and then ordered two 6 pound bags (we are storing one and one half of the bags in Ziploc bags in the freezer). We use a covered silicone popcorn popper bowl in the microwave without adding any oil while it is popping (tried it with coconut oil first but found that it was not needed. We just add melted butter after it is finished popping). We were searching for the full sized popcorn kernels like are found in the Christmas gift tins and the Mushroom style delivered. This is a product that we will continue to purchase and would recommend to a friend. I compared pricing on Amazon Prime but ordered directly from Amish Country.
