I don't do caramel corn, but I really like the large, not-too-soft and not-too-tough, popcorn I get from this variety. I use a microwave popper with olive oil spray, and almost all of it always pops. I just add a little salt, and it is delicious.

I was searching for a popcorn that could replace the old Blue Ribbon brand. I've found it. This popcorn pops into nice large fluffy kernels, very appealing flavor even without butter and salt and nearly no widows.
