My wife & I do popcorn at least twice a week.... and no we are not overweight! I love good food, and I've been using Amish Country popcorn exclusively for about 5 years now. I do stovetop whirly-pop, sometimes with peanut oil, or coconut oil... blending that 50% with grapeseed oil. I'll change up the seasonings a bit, but never butter.... nothing against it... just don't need it with good oil.
