This is the best popcorn glaze. I have shared my popcorn to family and friends. They always ask for the recipe. Its the secret sweet caramel glaze from Amish Country. This is a great gift.

    Sweet Carmel Glaze

This glaze is amazing! So good and so easy to make. I have a stir crazy popcorn machine and I add it right into the machine with oil and popcorn kernels and in minutes I have Carmel glazed popcorn that tastes like I bought it somewhere. I would definitely recommend if you like Carmel corn.

    Awesome caramel corn

Posted by Doras Trussell on May 4th 2017

The taste is awesome, much better than regular kettle corn. I do find that I have to use my popper that you stir by hand to keep it from burning. I have the same issue when making kettle corn, so I shouldn't have been surprised when I burned the first batch. Haven't burned any since. We all love it and can eat two batches in one setting. Thank you so much for this blend. Oh, yes I use the small kernel corn.
