A little smaller popcorn than our Extra Large Caramel Type, but no doubt one of the best yellow popcorns you will ever taste! This popcorn is a favorite among popcorn lovers.

This is part of my perfect 2 kernel mix

Posted by Julian on Mar 24th 2019

We stove oil pop all of our popcorn and the go to is always a mix of the Medium Yellow and the medium White. This seems to be the perfect mix of low hulls and great flavor.

I've tried Red, Blue, Lady finger, small yellow and small white. I feel the red and blue have too many hulls and are crunchier than what I'd prefer my popcorn to be. And the lady finger to be quite honest is my least favorite.

Nothing seems to stand up to the Medium white/yellow mix.

    The New Guy

I am new to the popcorn world and we just recently purchased a good popper with multiple types of kernels. I must say that I don't think this store sells a single bad or even average product. My family has LOVED everything we have tried thus far. Great Store! Great service! Great product!

    Our Favorite!

    This is our favorite popcorn!

The Amish Country Popcorn Difference

We take special care when it comes to planting and harvesting our popcorn. Every crop is planted with you in mind — that's why we never add preservatives, flavorings, or genetically modify any of our popcorn. Everything is grown here on our family farm and shipped directly to our suppliers.

Carefully chosen seeds are planted in the spring

All of our popcorn is grown on our farm, because we're not a big corporate grower. We're a family farm that loves growing delicious popcorn.

Grown with care until harvest each fall

The popcorn we grow is tested for moisture and quality before we harvest in the fall. Each variety is different, and get harvested at different times.

Cleaned and sorted in our warehouse

Our products are always weighed, tested, and stored in sealed grain bins before they are distributed. We package everything in-house, and then send every kernel on its way to be sold.
