Canola Oil with Butter Flavoring (Gallon)

This oil is far better than any "butter flavor" popcorn oil found at a grocery store. Just like what you get at a movie theater.

I purchased my first gallon of the butter flavored canola oil after purchasing a small bottle for popping corn. It did such a great job, i started looking for other possible applications. After attending barbecue school I thought that this might make an excellent binder for my homemade rubs. I was RIGHT! This oil imparts a buttery flavor and keeps the spice rub on the meat throughout the cook. I have received many compliments on my barbecue ribs, brisket and pork roasts. Your butter flavored canola makes a huge difference.
