Ingredients: Soybean oil, palm oil, artificial butter flavor, TBHQ and citric acid (added as an antioxidant), beta-carotene (added for color), and dimethylpolysiloxane (added as an antifoam agent) This item does not need to be refrigerated. got a gal of this in early Jan this year - what other reviewers wrote is true, higher quality, better tasting - wrote before - will write again - wish you had some health ingred. info on the label - lack there of makes me think might be much worse for me- if the ingredients "didn't scare me" - I might use more - to the Amish Country Popcorn People - if you would email the info I sure would appreciate it.
Had it for the first time yesterday - was noticeably lighter and more delicate in flavor than the brands I have been buying in the grocery store - 13 oz size.. appreciated other reviews.- any up side or down side to storage? My label doesn't look like the one in the pic - mine has much less info - says only Amish Country Popcorn Gallon Buttery Topping - what it's made from, calories, fat %, etc would be more helpful.

I've been using this product for years, purchasing it through a local mennonite market. I had recently purchased a counter sized popcorn machine, I looked on the side of the bottle of topping I had and found the website, ordered and it came quickly. I have even gotten the car dealership I work for using it! We will be ordering regularly!!
Our family absolutely LOVES the Buttery Topping. We have tried numerous Major brands before trying this. Nothing else comes close. This is the closest to real butter we have found. We bought bottles for 4 of our friends to try and they are sold too!
