This hybrid popcorn pops medium to large kernels into fresh popcorn. It has its own flavor, typically a little sweeter and not a lot of hulls. Recently, it has become a favorite popcorn flavor among our popcorn fanatics.

This is the most popular of the popcorn that I pop at the farmers market (besides the kettle corn). Everyone tries samples of different varieties (baby white, baby yellow, purple, red) and most select the blue. Its is the crunchiest and people prefer the flavor - a little sweet and just "fresh" tasting. I'm hesitant to spread the word as I don't every want it to be sold out!
