Big for an air popper

I use an air popper. The mushroom kernels are so big and heavy that they restrict the popper hot air circulation and will char the corn unless you shake the air popper while it's running. The resulting popcorn is BIG and tastes OK. It would be much better in oil.

This pops up nice and big/round but it has lots of hulls.

This really does pop up in a ball, much like the kind they use for premium caramel corn. I used it with a kettle corn glaze and it was great - held the coating very well, and was crunchy throughout. A new go-to for me for sure!
